Client reviews
“Lia is a Godsend and will change your English learning journey for good. You will take your English to the next level without ever being bored by her lessons. Quite the opposite actually!
As she’s really smart, our conversations have always been riveting ‘till the end. And yes, she is very fun too, like very!
But what I like most is her commitment to helping you reach your goals.”
— Jerome, Tech Entrepreneur, France
“Lia’s my go-to person for editing and copywriting! She’s creative, speedy and always keeps in mind that our international website needs to be understood by non-native speakers.”
— Ondrej, Tourism & Marketing Entreprenuer, Czech Republic
Lia changed everything for me! I’ve been trying to learn English since I was a child, I’d had so many teachers and I’d always been bored in my classes – then 3 years ago, a good friend recommended Lia.
I love our classes! Not only have I improved so dramatically that people are always commenting on it, but our classes are so fun and interesting that I want to do them, even when I’m exhausted from my job as a surgeon.
The best thing about Lia, as a teacher, is that she’s shown me that I really can learn English - it felt like something impossible before. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Thank you, Lia!
— Alicia, Doctor, Spain
“I’ve been taking classes with Lia for around a year and my progress has been impressive! A fantastic teacher whose method is very clear and enjoyable. I recommend her without doubt.”
— Natalia, Writer, Spain
I’ll begin with the final conclusion: It’s a pity not to have had a teacher like Lia when I started learning English at 12 years old. Why? I’m sure that today I’d speak English really well and wouldn’t be wasting time correcting long-term mistakes that other teachers - with my help - allowed to get fixed.
Her most outstanding qualities that transfer to her teaching: intelligence, curiosity, attention, planning and method, perseverance and the impossibility of discouragement - the latter, I say knowingly!
Her classes are dynamic and aimed at learning the most up-to-date English, as she introduces very cutting-edge or highly topical themes. It’s a compendium of virtues that are rarely found in a teacher.
— Ernesto, Lawyer, Spain
I’ve been taking lessons from Lia for years now. She’s always in a good mood. Her explanations are crystal clear - especially about grammar, which she knows very well.
I can freely talk to her about a large range of topics.
She adapts to the student (for instance, no homework if you’re busy, or changing the content of the lesson at the last minute).
She is merciless with your mistakes (vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar)!
She is very professional (maintains a log of our lessons).
Little by little she has succeeded in getting me to enjoy the English language, and I thank her for that.
In a nutshell, she’s an ideal teacher.
